    Crowns & bridges

    Layered and monolithic zirconia, e.max press and CAD. Shade-mapped to your photos, contoured to the contralateral.

    Implant restorations

    Screw-retained crowns, custom abutments, and full-arch work — planned from the scan body up.

    Removables

    Complete and partial dentures, hand-characterized acrylic, night guards and occlusal splints.

    Digital workflow

    iTero and 3Shape scans straight into design. Model-free where it makes sense, printed models where it doesn't.

03How it's made

Four steps,zero shortcuts.

  1. Intake

    Your scan arrives over iTero or 3Shape Communicate. We check margins, occlusion and the Rx before anything else moves.

  2. Design

    CAD in 3Shape Dental System — anatomy from the contralateral, contacts and occlusion tuned to the articulated scan.

  3. Mill & sinter

    Milled in-house, sintered to the shade profile of the disc. No outsourcing, no waiting on a courier.

  4. Finish by hand

    Stain, glaze and texture under magnification — then a final QC against the original scan before it ships.
