SMS Terms & Conditions.

1. The program
These terms govern the text-messaging (SMS) program operated by DentalTechLab (“we”, “us” or “our”), a dental laboratory in Windsor, Ontario, Canada serving dental professionals, using the toll-free number 1-877-388-5227 (1-877-DTT-LABS).
When you opt in, you agree to receive informational and conversational text messages from us, such as:
- for dental laboratory clients: case status updates, pickup and delivery notifications, and deadline or appointment reminders;
- replies to inquiries you send us by text, phone, email or web form;
- occasional service notices related to your account or cases.
This program does not send marketing or promotional blasts.
2. Opting in
You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our websites, by asking us in person or by phone when you work with the laboratory, or by texting us first at the number above. Your consent is an agreement between you and us alone — it is not transferable, and it does not opt you in to messages from any other party.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any product or service from us. You can use every service we offer without agreeing to receive text messages.
You can withdraw your consent at any time (see “Opting out” below). We keep a record of when and how you opted in.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us — for example, a laboratory case typically generates a small number of status messages while it is in progress.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile phone service plan. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
5. Opting out
Reply STOP to any message from us to opt out at any time. We also honour CANCEL, END, QUIT and UNSUBSCRIBE, in any capitalization. After you opt out you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent. You can also opt out by emailing info@dentaltechlab.ca or calling 1-877-388-5227. Opt-out requests are honoured promptly, and in all cases within ten (10) business days.

7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control.
8. Changes and interruption
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted at this address with its “Last updated” date. We may suspend or end the messaging program at any time, and messages sent to us after that may not receive a reply by text.
9. Privacy
Your mobile number and opt-in data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. In short: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
